Our Pastors:

  Pastors Aaron & Jen began their walk with the Lord at different times; she gave her heart to the Lord in 1987 in West Palm Beach Fl. and he did the same in 1991 @ the Odenton Church of God. Although they were many miles away from each other, God allowed them both to cross paths in 1992 & it was love at first sight!  In 1993 they became married and began their journey of ministry together & are currently enjoying 17 yrs of great marriage!

  At the age of 18, the call of God was revealed in Pastor Aaron’s life, he began serving in some different areas within the local church. However in the year of 2000 God began to expand his territory & they both began to travel to Virginia on a weekly basis to minister to some relatives & experienced a great move of God for the two yrs they served there. Realizing that this was for real, and there was no turning back, Pastor Aaron went on to get his license in the Church of God in 2001 and became an Ordained Minister. In 2003 the Lord moved them to serve as Youth Pastor at their home church in Odenton, MD. Instantly they experienced an explosion! Young people from everywhere would come on a weekly basis to experience God in a real way.

  Then in the Winter of 2005, the Lord dramatically shifted their hearts and they realized what their God given purpose on this earth was for. With just his wife and their three sons (Joshua, Jacob & Alex), Pastors Aaron & Jen had no other choice but to answer this great call. They stepped out on faith and planted a new church! Now 5 yrs later they are still excited & blessed to be the Lead Pastors of an incredible Life Giving Church…..  Family Life Center COG!   

Our Church History:

  It all started with a dream and became a reality! In February of 2006 Pastors Aaron & Jen began to visit families that were not actively involved in going to church. They began to have prayer and Bible study groups in different homes in the area. While their group grew in number, a hunger for God grew as well! So we began to meet in the Hampton Inn Hotel meeting room on Saturday nights. With God as their only resource, the group began to grow in size and new families were showing up every week!

  There began to be a deeper sense of wanting more, so on April 9, 2006 we launched a Sunday morning Worship Service at Harman’s Elementary School in Ft. Meade Md. On that particular day our Worship team ministered for THEIR VERY FIRST TIME ...EVER! What an awesome thing, God was using people that never ministered before, now being used in ministry! This was an incredible moment!

  As we continued to grow, we moved on to a Seventh Day Adventist Church in which we rented for 13 months. During our stay there we became an official Church of God on May 20, 2007. There was no turning back now! God now began to reveal to us the His plan and we embraced the fact that this was going to be bigger than what we first imagined! Today we enjoy the honor of owning our own property located @ 996 Point Pleasant Rd. Glen Burnie, MD.

 There is no telling what the Lord has planned next, and our story is still being written. So with great expectation, we will continue to minister & train people to be Life Long Followers of Jesus Christ!
